So, I've been on a Robert Downey Jr kick lately and therefore I spent some time (too much) on capping and putting together pictures from the trailers for the upcoming movie Holmes. And since I am such a nice and giving person I thought I'd share. Enjoy!

Last night when I was about to go to sleep an idea popped into my head, I've been participating in several kinds of icontests and one variant is the Last Icon Maker Standing where there's a theme every week, maybe a certain image, maybe a technique - you get the picture. They are really rather fun and I've seen it done with art as well over on DeviantArt. At the end of the week people vote for their favorites and the person or persons with the least amount of votes is eliminated.

I was thinking about doing the same but with writing, hence Last Writer Standing. Themes could be either a certain POV, a tense or even an image or quote. I was thinking each piece of writing should be between 500 and 1000 words and voting would be either with polls or screened comments.

Of course, this wouldn't be any fun without participants so would anyone be interested in joining me in trying this out. I was thinking about starting in January but as with everything else I am flexible...
